Design Consultation

Choosing the right paint can be challenging but we're her to assist you.  During this in-home consultation we'll discuss undertones, hues and saturation levels.  we'll bring our color selection and collaborate with your home's items to create the ideal pan, which includes up to 4 colors.  each additional color will be $50.  

Flooring stores and showrooms can be overwhelming with all of the selectins available.  In the 1-2 consult we well select materials for your project.  This takes all the guess work out of putting a truly beautiful palette together.  This can include, flooring, cabinets, countertops, splash etc.  $70 per additional hour, only if needed.  you'll receive drawings and a list of all materials. 

Considering a remodel but are concerned with how to lay out the new space?  We will measure your existing space and draw conceptual plans with different layout options.  This not only provides a road map for the contractors and trades but allows you to visual and virtually walk through the space before hammers start swinging.  Pricing based on size and complexity of the room. 

This package provides a master plan for a whole house remodel.  this provides a road map for the contractor and homeowner that allows you to see the entire home and its possibilities.  It will include an as-is plan. a demo plan and conceptual plans.  This also provides the contractor with a way to truly estimate costs and minimize surprises.  Under 2000 sf is included, $additional $300 per additional 500sf.

We offer custom and semi-custom cabinets and vanities in a variety of wood species, stains and paint finishes to our clients.  We enjoy working with the DIY homeowners and along with your contractors.  We review your budget, provide you with 3D renderings and elevation views as a footprint for the installation.   You may add any of our other services that you feel would benefit you.
